Secret Signal personalizes the relationship between a person and their anxiety data.

Self-monitoring is the future of healthcare. Wearable devices are everywhere, and the data they collect could be instrumental to changing behaviour. Unfortunately this data is cold, impersonal, and difficult to read. Secret Signal takes a step to humanize the self-monitoring of anxiety in order to create more meaningful data. This monitoring does not rely on a single gadget, but rather sensors that can be customized to each person’s natural anxiety signal- a tell they consciously or unconsciously give that signals to themselves and those around them that they are going through something. Each time their signal is triggered, external data about their current situation (location, temperature, calendar events, communications, etc.) is captured. This data can be viewed by just them or shared with their support network. Anxiety is personal, and the way it is monitored and supported should be too.
